Just Fab or Just Fabulous Shoes www. justfab.com SCAM. BUYER BEWARE
About JUST FAB SCAMAn internet e-commerce site that lures you to their site under false pretenses. They offer you a deal to buy cheap shoes and in order to do so you must sign up as a member on their site. What they don't tell you when they tell you to sign up for Membership is that they will retain your credit card information and bill you $39.99 every month unless your order shoes you may not want and if you want to cancel your membership, its virtually impossible. They claim to offer you VIP membership whose benefits include: 1. A newsletter with a few images of cheap shoes or bags you must select. Failure to do so will get you charged (unbeknownst to you) $39.99 every single month whether or not you want the shoes. All because you did not read a 3000+ wordy terms and conditions when you signed up as a "member" to their site for free. They are basically penalizing you for buying from them. WHAT IS THAT? A SCAM!!! Location of this SCAM

WHY ITS A SCAM. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT OPENLY REVEAL WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR WHEN YOU BECOME A FREE MEMBER IS AN AUTOMATIC UPGRADE TO A "VIP" STATUS THAT WILL COST YOU $39.99 MONTHLY TILL DEATH DO YOU PART! THEY DO NOT SHARE WITH YOU THAT CANCELING IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE AND EVEN IF YOU DO SUCCEED IN CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THEY WON'T CHARGE YOU SOME MORE MEMBERSHIP FEES. IT APPARENTLY MATTERS WHEN IN THE MONTH YOU CANCEL, IMAGINE THAT!!! . THEY DO NOT REVEAL THAT REMOVING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FROM THEIR SITE IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. A NIGHTMARE.

Here are a few things customers have to say about their experience with Just Fab / Just Fabulous
I am so mad I don't even have words to describe my rage with Just Fab / Just Fabulous
I believe that the merit of a company's product sales should be based on customers loving the products and making a decision to purchase again and again when they want, what they want and the way that they want. Just Fab has designed their "business (cheat) model" behind luring customers into purchasing items for the LOW price of JUST $39.99 and signing up as members without fully and opening disclosing that from then on they will be billed $39.99 in membership fees and that their credit card information is stored by the company for these purposes and that the process to remove one's FINANCIAL information from their site is virtually impossible without jumping through hoops to cancel the so-called membership. There is no cancel account button instead the button they do have that says cancel takes you to a link that tells you to call in order to cancel. When you try to call, there isn't anyone on the other end of the line to answer the telephone in the meantime you are still getting billed. And did I mention that the product is HORRIBLE. The shoes are very poor quality. The first pair I received was very disappointing, cheaply made, hard and uncomfortable. I would get better shoes in PayLess of $10...It wasn't even worth my time trying to send them back I just chalked it up as a loss only to find out months later that they have been billing me membership fees. KIMORA LEE SIMMONS will NOT succeed with an explotative business model based on cheating hardworking people of their hard earned cash. WHY DOES YOUR WEBSITE NOT TELL PEOPLE ON THE HOME PAGE IN BIG BOLD LETTERS THAT THEY ARE EXPECTED TO PAY $39.99 each and every month for time immemorial for an email every month with a few suggestions about what some virtual computer thingy things I ought to be wearing. Kimora needs to get off her high horse and realize that people are more sophisticated than that. Not all of us a celebrity worshiping fools who will sit around and allow company's to run this kind of racket. I shall be contacting my lawyer in due course and make sure I get all my "MEMBERSHIP" fees returned. Don't think you can bind people with your fraudulent tiny print "terms and conditions" and get away with it. Just ask Bank of America how that is working out for them!!! Make good products, make quality products and we will buy them. But don't try and hood wink us into purchasing your rubbish poorly made products and think you will continue to fund your expensive habits off the backs of po' folk. ENOUGH of your kind. Enough already! I have all my receipts to verify that I am a cheated customer! in case trustlink.org would like to check with me that this is a REAL REVIEW from a REAL bamboozeled customer.

| Total Rip OffI agree that this site is such a total rip off! These shoes are not even a knock off of the knock offs!! cheap quality more than likely made in some ones basment. As an avid shoe lover with a mean shoe game
Posted on 12/29/2011 DITTO!Why do I have to choose even one star? The same thing happened to me. Sign up free - answer questions for a profile - buy and get shoes - so far so good. I got the shoes, they are nice, I am happy with the company. Then I get a charge for 39.95. I had to call to find out why they charged me. They don't tell you up front and clearly that your joining a monthly membership fee club. They don't tell you in the sign up process, the purchase process, the email ads or the invoice that comes with the shoes. If you search the site hard, you find it. If you read the terms that you agree to when you buy, you find it. I honestly don't know anyone that reads terms for buying shoes. Filed a claim with my bank, filed complaint with BBB and calling a lawyer about looking into a class action lawsuit. If they get Class status, they can get all the records of everyone who was every charged and contact them to join the suit (which won't have a 39.95 dollar monthly fee). The lawyers get rich, the consumers may get their overdraft fees back that this unexpected charge caused or maybe a free pair of shoes. The company loses alot of money defending their deciet and maybe even goes away. Cheers! Consumer law provides for INFORMED customers. Not hidden fees that you have to fight for or claim fraud for. They will get theirs in a big way, watch for that post card in the mail asking you if you want to opt out of the lawsuit or just wait for your free shoes haahaa. The lawyers will be the ones laughing all the way to the bank.
Just Fabulous is a scam.My Experience: 1) I visit site. I search for hidden catches. All seems normal. 2) I join site membership so I can start a boutique, like I've done other similar sites. Offered first pair for $19.97. I look at a pair I like, looking at it from every angle and video offered, reading reviews. 3) I order it. I scroll through all the information and fill out all the forms. It all seems straightforward, like many other sites I've ordered from. 4) I excitedly await the arrival of my new shoes. They come. Immediate disappointment--the color is all off. I consider returning, but remember they were less than $20 and so maybe I can live with it. 5) The next month, I discover a charge by Just Fabulous for $39.95 on my credit card. I spend hours searching my emails, searching the JustFab site, and finally putting all the pieces together. FACT: They sent me an email on 11/7 saying that I had until the fifth to skip that month's charge. What charge? FACT: In the FAQ and Terms and Conditions it says that once you order something you become a VIP. Then, as a VIP, you have the first five days of each month to log on the site and skip being charged. If you do not skip, you are charged on the 6th day. FACT: The FAQ contains 1,750 words, and information about being charged is under How does JustFabulous work? How do I join? FACT: The Terms and Conditions contains 3,309 words, and information about being charged is under Program as well as Monthly Option. 6) I went on the site and found a place where I can select to cancel. I submitted my selection and left the site. I was relieved it was over with! 7) The next month I was again charged $39.95. I again tried to cancel. This time I read the pop-up window carefully. It had wording that seemed sorry I wanted to leave. It offers a number to call. I have no interest in calling a number, but then I notice I HAVE to call the number. The cancel process didn't work; I can only cancel by calling the number. 8) The only way I can cancel is by calling from 7am to 7pm. I often get home from work around 6:30. I do not want to call at work. I don't want to call at all. I joined online but was not aware I could only cancel by calling a number. 9) I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, not asking for my money back (though that would be very nice), but asking that they cease my account without me having to call. 10) This post contains nearly 540 words. Judge me how you will. But PLEASE think twice before ordering anything from Just Fabulous. Read the fine print, but if you have no trouble understanding it, props to you. If you are fine with joining a site that penalizes you for ordering anything, gives you a short time to waive the penalty, and then makes it difficult for you to cancel your membership, then this is the site for you (provided you like cheap shoes to boot).
Posted on 12/20/2011 the smell of fraud from a mile away..I have wrote two reviews on this company and somehow they were deleted from the site. I have also read many more reviews and now they are all gone. Why are these post deleted and who is deleting them? Is it to make the company looks better? I think the words are out to the American public already.... NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO BUY TO BUY FROM.. If you do you will be sorry... I expect not to see my post here again like the last two. It not a malicious act, is just a fair assessment of the company. Notice the first review, probably written by a company associate is at the top and has been there for the longest time. In the last two week I have read over 20 complaints and they are all deleted.. Check the BBB website see the number of complains within the last 12 months.. Good luck to you ladies, I got my money back after I spoke to my bank and the BBB. They refund me my $39.95 and I have cancelled my account. Will never buy from them again...
